Naizel is governed by a Global Executive that brings together the leaders of our service lines, geographies and core functions. It sets our strategy, allocates investment and oversees risk and quality, so decisions can be made quickly and applied consistently across the organization.
The Global Executive
The Global Executive is chaired by the Naizel Global Chair and CEO and includes the global leaders of our service lines, regions and functions.
Service lines
Leaders of Assurance, Consulting, Naizel Meridian (strategy and transactions), Tax and Law, each responsible for the quality and growth of their service line worldwide.
Geographies
Leaders of our Americas, Europe, Middle East, India and Africa, and Asia-Pacific regions, responsible for clients, people and operations in their markets.
Functions
Leaders of finance, talent, technology, risk management, brand and operations, who provide the shared capabilities the organization runs on.
Councils
Councils on quality, independence, inclusiveness and responsible AI advise the Global Executive and hold it to account on topics that cut across the organization.
