Our Global Code of Conduct
Our Global Code of Conduct is the ethical and behavioral framework behind every decision we make.
Every person at Naizel is expected to understand and follow our Global Code of Conduct. It sets out the standards we hold ourselves to in five areas: working with one another, working with clients and others, acting with professional integrity, maintaining our objectivity and independence, and respecting intellectual capital.
The Code is not a substitute for judgment. When the right course of action is unclear, it guides people to ask questions, seek advice and speak up. Anyone can raise a concern confidentially through the Naizel Ethics Hotline, and we do not tolerate retaliation against people who raise concerns in good faith.
